Natural

There are people I photograph that just need to look at the camera-they don't need to pose, they don't need much to just capture you. My niece Maven is like that, she doesn't need to smile - just look. This little girl has the same "It" thing. Her hair blowing in the wind, her cute little smile and I was just snapping away. Please understand I enjoy ALL photoshoots. I love little kids specially so I am always happy after a shoot. But once in a while I get a person whether big or small that just blows me away. Anyone else know what I mean?

Raquel,
You are such a amazing photographer and such a wonderful person. We had so much fun taking these pictures with you. The kids haven't stopped talking about it since Friday. I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for my little family. This transition has been difficult on me and my kids I know that these pictures will help them realize. That we are a family and I am not going anywhere! This really means the world to me. Thank you again and again! I am excited to see the rest of the pictures!
Love,
Karli

Absolutely GORGEOUS! This is one of my favorite shoots!! (I am a little biased though!) You did a great job capturing the way they truly are- wonderful! I'm glad you got a good closeup of the mom's red hair! Isn't it great?!

Yes! Hi Raquel, It's Jessica White! I'm still stalking your blog! These are great! I just had a photo shoot not too long ago where the eight year old was just a natural and I swear I could have snapped away for ever! It's every photographer's dream! I'll be getting my blog up soon, I'll let know about it just as soon as it is up! Thanks for continuing to inspire me. Your work is awesome! Jessica

karli showed me your blog. You take incredible pictures. I am so jealous of photographers. Their lives are captured and remembered with so much more care and with so much more beauty than my life will ever be.

On the other hand, my crummy pictures alway give me excuses, like, "Oh ya, that's just a really bad picture, I guess the camera inserted a fat roll and a giant knot in my hair. I really need to just sucker down and invest in one of those nice Cannons (insert a brand and people think you know what you are talking about) that makes you skinny and pretty. Maybe Christmas."
